Where/ when do I send my reference photo? Do I need to send it now?
After you order, you'll get a follow-up with my personal contact info. That’s where you’ll send it. You don’t need to send it right now. you can send it later when you have time to find the right photo. No rush. Send it whenever you're ready. I’ll also collect your information at check out, so I'll reach out if I don’t hear from you.

How long does it take?
Turnaround is 1-3 weeks after I receive your reference photo. I'll give you a clearer estimate once we're in touch. I mail them out. Shipping is included in the price.

How do I get my portrait?
It ships to you. Shipping is included in the price, so there's no extra cost. I'll get your mailing address when you send your reference photo.

Can you do pets?
Yes. I love to.

Can you do multiple people? Does it cost more?
Yes. I’ve done 9 in one portrait before! No, it doesn’t cost more.

Do I need everyone in one photo?
Nope. I can work from multiple photos — send a few and let me know who's who and what you're picturing.

What makes a good reference photo?
Clear, well-lit, and shows the face(s) well. It doesn't have to be fancy. Send options if you're not sure and I'll pick the strongest.

What's the difference between framed and unframed?
Unframed is the painting with a mat. the mat is 5x7 inches which is a standard frame size so you can easily frame it yourself. Framed comes in one of the custom resin frames I cast and finish by hand. Each one is a little different so it adds to the originality of the painting, makes it feel even more handmade.
